I am a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about providing professional, expert nutrition and lifestyle advice to help clients achieve their dietary and lifestyle goals. I have qualifications and affiliation which ensure my practice is of the highest and safest standard.
I am Health and Care Professions Council registered and can be located on the HCPC website as a registrant . This means I am registered with the UK government to practice under the title of Dietitian and has reached and maintained an exceptional level of training and qualification.
I have full insurance to practice independently and offers a range of dietetic support to clients, their families and carers.
I have the highest standard of qualifications in Dietetic and Nutritional Support, including a BSc(Honours) degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a PhD in Adolescent and Child Nutrition.
I have over 25 years’ experience as a clinical and paediatric Dietitian, in a wide range of settings, helping people manage their health. I hope to empower and support you and your family to manage your condition and improve your health and well-being.

As a highly trained adult and paediatric Dietitian I am able to treat children as well as adults and has a specialism in allergies and intolerances as well as specific nutritional evaluation and support. I have a particular interest in irritable bowel syndrome and GI dysfunction and FODMAP dietary modifications.
